- Upload your logo and cover imageA clear logo and a simple cover image make your listing stand out in search and on startup cards.
- Upload your pitch deck as a PDFPDF only, up to 20MB. You can replace it any time as your numbers improve.

What to include in your pitch deck
Investors spend only a few minutes on a first read. Aim for 10 to 15 slides that answer the questions below in order.
| Slide | What to show |
|---|---|
| 1. Cover | Name, one-line description, contact details |
| 2. Problem | Who has the problem and what it costs them |
| 3. Solution | What you built and why it works better |
| 4. Product | Two or three screenshots or a short walkthrough |
| 5. Market | Customer segment and market size, with a source |
| 6. Business model | How you make money; pricing |
| 7. Traction | Users, revenue, growth, pilots, key customers |
| 8. Go-to-market | How you reach and win customers |
| 9. Competition | Alternatives and your edge |
| 10. Team | Founders and key hires, with relevant experience |
| 11. Financials | Revenue, burn and runway at a glance |
| 12. The ask | Round size, use of funds and milestones |

File and formatting tips
- Export as PDF. It looks the same on every device and cannot be edited by mistake. Other formats are not accepted on PitchDecks.in.
- Keep it under 20MB. Compress large images; most good decks are well under 10MB.
- Design for mobile. Many investors open decks on a phone. Use large text and avoid dense paragraphs.
- One idea per slide. Use charts and numbers instead of long sentences.
- Name the file clearly. For example, "YourStartup-Pitch-Deck-2026.pdf".
- Be honest with numbers. Investors check. Label estimates as estimates.
What happens after you submit
- Review. Our team checks that your profile is complete and genuine before publishing it.
- Listing. Your startup appears in the startup directory and can feature on the homepage.
- Investor activity. You can see when your deck is viewed and when your startup is saved.
- Conversations. Investors message you through the platform, so you can respond without sharing personal contact details first.
- Updates. Update your funding progress and deck as you grow. Fresh profiles look more active to investors.

Pitch deck mistakes that cost founders replies
- A deck that is too long, with 30 or 40 slides.
- No clear ask: round size and use of funds missing.
- No traction slide, even a small one.
- Tiny text and cluttered slides.
- Vague market claims such as "everyone will use it" or a market size with no source.
- Not updating the deck after a milestone.
A note on confidentiality
Share only what you are comfortable showing to investors at first contact. Keep detailed financials, customer contracts and technical IP for the data room, once an investor is seriously interested. Avoid including personal data of customers or employees in your deck.
