We use your information to operate the platform, facilitate connections between startups and investors, send transactional emails (verification, notifications), and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Pitch decks uploaded to PitchDecks.in are only accessible to verified investors on the platform. Startups can control visibility of their pitch deck. We take reasonable measures to protect uploaded documents but cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your profile information is visible to other registered users on the platform as intended by the service. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or to operate the platform (e.g., email service providers).
We use session cookies to keep you logged in and CSRF tokens for security. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at hello@pitchdecks.in.
